Career Opportunities

Our Culture

StratiCore is dedicated to the dynamic and high-science specialty markets. We provide a customized approach to creating pressure-tested strategy for leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. We define strategy through 1) Integration of broader business perspective; 2) Connectedness throughout channels; 3) Proactive and early examination of pathways; and 4) Collaboration across business functions. This work involves extensive knowledge of databases and category information sources, and primary research with experts at all channels in a variety of specialty markets.

Our teams are built to provide complementary and comprehensive insight to our clients. A project team may include: A project leader with specific skill sets relative to the scope of work (e.g., MBA in finance or MPH, pharmaceutical executive); PhD in biological sciences, to keep strategy accurately grounded in the science; PharmD or MD to provide realistic perspective on the impact of strategy on clinical decisionmaking; and anaylysts to cull, refine, and analyze databases. Our strategy process is oriented to explore multiple pathways providing dynamic results that have been pressure tested through the touch points of the various channels. We structure projects to mine organizational intelligence and build unity around the strategies, making the knowledge transfer seamless and complete, and enhancing the chances of successful implementation.

If you meet our qualifications and are interested in joining the StratiCore team, please contact Ed Rady at rady@straticoregroup.com.
